BELLA
Translation and adaptation of the "BELLA" bilingual cloud platform for teachers and parents in the Republic of Lithuania, Republic of Moldova
and Romania.
The “BELLA” bilingual cloud platform is developed by group of American scientists led by Elena L. Grigorenko, PhD, Distinguished Professor of Psychology at the University of Houston. It is a screening tool for determining school readiness for children ages 2-6. The program allows teachers and parents not only to determine the cognitive skills of a bilingual child, but also to teach them about the world around him. In addition, the program tracks the progress of a child's learning and provides educators or parents with a high-quality report to help them make timely decisions to provide their child with additional support in areas where knowledge and skill deficiencies are found.

The program is extremely relevant for countries with a mixed ethnic composition of residents and developing inclusive education, because
in the absence of a well-functioning system of early diagnosis and early intervention, it allows teachers and parents to take timely measures to provide educational and psychological assistance to the child. The implementation of the project implies country and language adaptation
of the program in accordance with accepted socio-cultural norms.

The validity of the language translation and country adaptation
is guaranteed by the participation of American scientists and developers.
The program has free access and free distribution, tens of thousands of teachers and parents in Lithuania and Moldova will be able to get free
access to the program and use it for the benefit of childhood development.
