Discussion "Will My Child Grow Up European?"

During this event the participants discussed how the grown-ups could
help children adapt and integrate in
a new country. They also talked about
the hardships our kids have to endure
in a sudden emigration and the ways
we can help them overcome these
drastic changes.

Mini-training
"Tender Pre-schoolers. Psycho-logical Intensive Training For Parents"

During this event the participants
learned how to prepare the child for the kindergarten, how to help them learn speech and communicative skills, and
how to identify whether the child develops according to their age. The training consisted of 2 mini-sessions
for moms and dads.

Adaptation trainings for adolescents

During these trainings the participants learned how to become more socially adapted and mastered some self-regulation techniques. They also worked on the following problems: how to find common language with peers? How to stand up for oneself dealing with adults? How to cope with stress in a new class
or group? How to deal with bullying in
the class?

Course "Tender Adolescents. Psychological Intensive Training For Parents"

During this course the parents reminisced about their own experience of growing
up and analyzed it. They discussed what modern science says about helping our children get through all the hardships
of becoming an independent person
and separating from the parents. They
also talked about building balanced relationship with a child for years
to come.
